Radish Wraps

Ingredients:

1 Cup Rice

1 Cup Water

1 Lemon

Rice Paper Wraps

1 LB Ground Meat or 1 package of Veggie Crumbles

Prairie Companion Company 2 Oz Container of China Rose Radish

1 Tsp Ginger (Ground or Fresh but fresh is preferred)

2 TBL Spoons Tamari Sauce

1 Avocado

Directions

Saute your ground meat or veggie crumbles on a medium heat skillet. While cooking add grated ginger and tamari sauce.

While this is cooking rinse your rice and add water to a pot, and add two slices of lemon, cook over medium/low heat.

Once the Meat and Rice is cooked and slightly cooled grab your rice paper wraps. Dunk the rice paper in water quickly and move to a dry surface to pile in your ingredients. Add rice, Meat, a pinch of greens and a slice of avocado. Fold over sides and then roll from the bottom up!

Rice Rice Paper and Repeat until you run out of filling! Dip in Tamari Sauce and Enjoy!
