Micro Arugula Pesto

SHOPPING LIST

Basil

Prairie Companion Company 2 Oz Container of Micro Arugula

1 Clove Garlic

Olive Oil

Pine Nuts

Nutritional Yeast

Ingredients

3 Cups Basil

½ Cup Micro Arugula

4 Cloves of Garlic

¼ Cup Olive Oil

¼ Cup pine nuts

¼ Cup Nutritional Yeast

2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Toast the pine nuts on a pan for about 5 minutes.

Grab your food processor and throw the basil, micro arugula, pine nuts, and garlic in there.

Once minced add the olive oil and nutritional yeast, and salt add some extra oil if it isn’t mixing easily.

Voila Micro Arugula Pesto!
